The Megaworld Central Properties, Inc.(MCPI) subsidiary real estate company Empire East Land and Holdings Inc has recently signed the Ms. Universe 2010 4th runner up contestant and Ms. Binibining Pilipinas 2010 winner as their new official celebrity endorser on Wednesday, March 9,2011.
Empire East sponsors the Ms. Binibining Pilipinas pageants and this is the first time they have made the winner an official spokesperson. Raj says she feels “very lucky” to have been chosen.
The celebration of the contract signing event was held in the Manhattan Garden City showroom located on the third floor of Gateway mall in Cubao. Also present in the event, was the Megaworld Central Properties, Inc.(MCPI) president Atty. Anthony Charlemagne Yu, MCPI AVP for Marketing Ms. Jhoanna Llaga, and Ms. Stella Marquez Araneta of the Araneta Group.
Venus is a good choice for Empire East's first celebrity endorser. She is very elegant and can appeal to Empire East's target market of the middle to high class.
When informed that Empire East found her to be very relatable to the target market, you could see that she was genuinely honored and flattered. Raj emphasizes that she feels lucky and very blessed to have been chosen as the celebrity endorser. She adds that since this is the first time for a Binibining Pilipinas winner to be the celebrity endorser for Empire East, she hopes this will open the doors to other winners in the future as well.
